Mais um lanche delicioso e ridiculamente fácil e rápido de fazer.
Today we’re having scones with a bit of a twist over here. Right when I was finishing the recipe and about to put the scones into the oven I though “what if I put raspberries in here?”. And so I did and it tastes wonderful.
The recipe couldn’t be any easier: 100g milk + 250g flour + 50g sugar + 30g butter + 1 egg + 1 teaspoon baking powder + a bit of salt. Mix everything and add the raspberries in the end. Put the scones in the oven (preheated to 200ºC) and leave them there for about 10-15 minutes.
